Seasoned Workers’ Compensation Attorney, Beth Koller, Joins Gilson Daub as Partner in Florida

Based in the firm’s new Fort Lauderdale office, Koller joins Christine Nixon-Calamari to lead the company’s growth throughout the state

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – March 4, 2024 – Gilson Daub, a leading workers’ compensation defense, subrogation, and civil litigation law firm, today announced that attorney Beth Koller has joined the firm as partner. She will be based out of Gilson Daub’s new Fort Lauderdale office which opened in January 2024 and marked Gilson Daub’s first office on the east coast.

Beth joins Gilson Daub from Cole, Scott & Kissane where she was a partner practicing insurance defense with an emphasis on workers’ compensation. She is a member of the Workers’ Compensation section of the Florida Bar as well as the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Broward County Bar Association and the South Broward Bar Association. Beth is certified by the State of Florida to speak to adjusters for adjuster certification credits including ethics, too. She is also a provost for the nationally recognized ClaimsXchange’s ClaimsAcademy which brings together renowned experts in various claims management specialties to offer professionals challenging curricula and unparalleled opportunities for creative learning and problem-solving.

Beth received her juris doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she participated in an elite internship at the Broward County Attorney’s Office and was a student member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. Before going to law school, Beth graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication.
