GILSON DAUB OPENS OKLAHOMA CITY OFFICE
The new location is part of the firm’s continued Midwest expansion and marks the fourth new office in the region since Q4 2022
OKLAHOMA CITY – July 13, 2023 – Gilson Daub, a leading workers’ compensation defense and subrogation law firm, today announced that it has opened a new office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as part of its ongoing strategic expansion efforts in the Midwest and across the country. The office will be managed by seasoned workers’ comp attorney Steven Hanna and will be located at 7301 Broadway Extension, Suite 228, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. The opening of this office comes on the heels of other regional expansion efforts, including a recently opened office in Peoria, Illinois, and two new offices in St. Louis and Springfield, Missouri.
Clients the firm will represent in Oklahoma City include a wide range of industries, encompassing manufacturing, auto, senior care, retail, and more.

Steve joins Gilson Daub from Testan Law, where he has served clients in the Oklahoma City area since 2021. Before Testan, he was an attorney with Bonham & Howard for nearly 12 years where his practice focused on workers’ compensation defense and select district court defense work. A practicing attorney since 1990, his vast experience also includes positions with the Oklahoma State Insurance Fund, a leading national insurance carrier, and various other law firms. Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in politics and government from East Central University and attended law school at the University of Tulsa, where he was named to the Order of the Barristers and recognized for excellence in Courtroom Advocacy. Throughout his career, Steve has also been a speaker and author on many Oklahoma workers’ compensation issues, and he has served on the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section, including being named Chairman in 2002.

Joining Steve in Gilson Daub’s Oklahoma City office is associate Andrew Abraham. Andrew joins the firm from McAtee & Woods where he was a civil defense attorney. His experience also includes being a certified mediator at Early Settlement Mediation and a judicial intern under Judge Robert Hudson in the Oklahoma Criminal Court of Appeals. He completed his bachelor’s degree in science at the University of Oklahoma and received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2021.
