The new offices bring the firm’s footprint to four locations in the region serving the venues of Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois
KANSAS CITY, Kan. – December 13, 2022 – Gilson Daub, a leading workers’ compensation defense and subrogation law firm, today announces significant expansion in the Midwest, opening two new offices in St. Louis and Springfield, Missouri and adding four new attorneys to its regional team serving clients across Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois.

Working out of the firm’s new St. Louis office are associate attorneys Trenton Galetti and Jonathan Schmid.
Trenton Galetti brings nearly 20 years of legal experience to Gilson Daub. Throughout his career he has handled virtually every type of litigation case – from patents, trademarks, and copyrights to product liability and wrongful death. He also has a specialty representing employers in worker’s compensation administrative hearings in both Illinois and Missouri and has aggressively advocated for employer-friendly changes to workers’ compensation laws through persistent and consistent litigation of hot-button issues. Prior to earning his Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice and Sociology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School, Trenton served in the United States Army. He is licensed in Missouri and Illinois.
Originally from the St. Louis area, Jonathan Schmid graduated from Truman State University in 2011 and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. Jonathan left the service honorably in 2018 to attend Washington University School of Law and, after graduating, worked as an assistant public defender in St. Louis County. He is licensed in Missouri and Illinois.
Joining both the Springfield and Kansas City teams respectively are associate attorneys Alex Givens and Jasmine Pandher.
Alex Givens brings to Gilson Daub years of experience in assisting both self-insured employers and nearly every major insurance carrier in workers’ compensation matters. Prior to joining Gilson Daub, Alex worked at both midwestern and national insurance defense firms, where he assisted employers and insurance carriers with employment discrimination matters, as well as personal injury, asbestos litigation and overall coverage analysis. Throughout his legal career, Alex has also obtained valuable experience in providing overall business services and handling landlord/tenant disputes for property management companies throughout the State of Missouri. Alex completed undergrad at Graceland University, where he also played football. He attended University of Missouri’s Kansas City School of Law and is licensed in Missouri.
Jasmine Pandher joins Gilson Daub from Marti Law Group where she practiced real estate law. She completed her bachelor’s degree in political science at San Jose State University and received her Juris Doctorate from Western New England School of Law. She is licensed in Connecticut and hopes to be licensed in Kansas in the coming months.
