From June 9 – 12, 2026, Kali Trombley, Gilson Daub’s Executive Director of Growth and Strategy, attended the RISE (Rising Insurance Star Executives) Leadership Summit in Fort Lauderdale, FL where she was recognized as a recipient of the 2026 RISE 35 Under 35 Award.
The award honors emerging leaders who are making a meaningful impact within their organizations, their communities, and the insurance industry as a whole.
Reflecting on the experience, Kali shared:
“Attending the RISE Leadership Summit is always one of the most energizing and inspiring experiences of the year, but this year was especially meaningful. Receiving the RISE 35 Under 35 Award was truly a pinch me moment and one I’ll never forget. Being surrounded by so many talented professionals who are challenging the status quo, investing in the future of our industry, and lifting one another up is incredibly motivating. You leave the conference with a renewed sense of purpose, fresh ideas, and a genuine excitement for what’s possible. I’m grateful to RISE for creating a community that not only recognizes emerging leaders but also inspires us to continue growing, leading, and making an impact.”
Senior Founding Partner Brent Daub added:
“We could not be more proud of Kali receiving this well-deserved recognition. Kali exemplifies the qualities that make our industry stronger: professionalism, responsibility, excellence, and, perhaps most importantly, kindness. Through her authentic leadership and commitment to helping others succeed, Kali has built meaningful relationships that bring people together and create lasting impact. Her ability to inspire collaboration continues to make a difference within Gilson Daub and across the national insurance community.”
Congratulations to Kali on this well-earned recognition, and congratulations to all of this year’s RISE 35 Under 35 recipients. Gilson Daub also extends its sincere appreciation to the entire RISE team for hosting another outstanding Leadership Summit filled with learning, collaboration, and meaningful connections.
