On February 22, 2024, Regional Managing Partner, Julio Martinez, spoke at AgSafe’s annual conference in Monterey, Calif., “Activate24.” AgSafe is an agricultural industry resource that provides practical health and safety education to employers, supervisors, and farm workers on the topics of human resources, as well as worker, pesticide, and food safety.
Julio spoke to “Emerging Workers’ Compensation Issues” and reviewed important case law updates with the group.
