GILSON DAUB INTRODUCES MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
Leading workers compensation firm provides pivotal training, mentorship, and advice for mid-level attorneys to help them advance as leaders
San Clemente, Calif., March 17, 2022 – Gilson Daub, a leading workers’ compensation defense, subrogation, general and longshore liability law firm, introduced today a new Management Training program available for all mid-level attorneys at their firm.
Many attorneys are looking for opportunities to advance their careers and develop critical leadership skills necessary to successfully manage a high performing team. Unfortunately, it is difficult for lawyers to find those opportunities or the training necessary to grow into new roles within the traditional law firm models.
This is where Gilson Daub’s Management Training program comes into play. Led by Senior Founding Partner and Trial Attorney, Brent Daub, the Management Training program is designed to equip Gilson Daub’s managerial-level attorneys with the pivotal tools, advice, and mentorship they need to flourish as leaders and advance in their careers.

As part of the program, managerial-level employees at Gilson Daub will meet once a week with Daub to discuss:

- how to build a healthy, happy team that performs
- committing to leadership growth
- how to successfully navigate the manager position
- manager expectations and accountability
- working with Human Resources and onboarding new attorneys
- the manager’s role in staff and attorney issues and handling client issues
Over the three-week course, Daub will serve as both an educator and mentor to help program participants grow into leaders that others want to follow. He also will share success stories, best practices, key lessons learned, answer their specific questions and advise them on how best to juggle both leading a team while also answering to senior-level executives at the law firm.
With nearly 20 years of in-the-trenches litigation and business experience, Daub provides first-hand knowledge of the major pain points that mid-level attorneys face juxtaposed with compelling, practical advice on how they can alleviate these challenges to thrive in their position and the legal field.
