Beth Koller on Building Trust in the Claims Process

Beth Koller, partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, was a featured panelist in the session Building Trust in the Claims Process and Trust Tips. Alongside three other industry professionals, Beth emphasized that true trust in claims management goes far beyond simply doing the job well. The panel discussed practical strategies — ranging from transparent communication and expectation-setting to collaborative problem-solving — that can build credibility, reduce friction, and lead to stronger outcomes for all stakeholders.

also serving in his leadership role as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Insurance & Risk Management Association (HIRMA). At the conference, Julio joined fellow HIRMA members for a luncheon and networking event, celebrating the organization’s first-ever gathering in Florida – a milestone moment for HIRMA and its growing community.
Kali Trombley Gives Back Through Service

Kali Trombley, Gilson Daub’s Executive Director of Growth and Strategy, showcased the firm’s commitment to community by participating in two charitable initiatives during WCI 2025. She volunteered in the Give Kids The World Service Day “Villa Beautification” project, helping with cleaning and improvements at the nonprofit’s resort. Kali also served as an official ambassador and trained volunteer at the Kind Souls Foundation’s Cocktails & Connections event, supporting set-up, check-in, and guest engagement.
Looking Ahead
WCI 2025 was a tremendous success for the Gilson Daub team, providing inspiration, collaboration, and opportunities to give back. The firm looks forward to building on this momentum and returning for next year’s conference!
