The following individuals have been recognized for their outstanding service and leadership within the firm:
Jeff Powell, Partner of Gilson Daub’s Tennessee office, will now also oversee the firm’s Arizona office.
Jeff joined the firm in February 2025 and is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Illinois and Arizona. With over a decade of workers’ compensation litigation experience, his deep understanding of the legal landscape and strong client relationships position him to drive continued growth across both regions and nationally. Jeff’s practice focuses on representing employers, administrators, and insurance carriers, particularly within the automotive and manufacturing industries. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
Jennifer Santana has been promoted to Partner in Gilson Daub’s Nevada office.
Since joining the firm in 2019, Jen has established herself as a skilled litigator and a trusted leader within the Las Vegas team. Her practice spans a diverse client base, including large retailers, automotive companies, third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and small businesses. Jen earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in Rhode Island and is licensed to practice in both Nevada and California.
Thang Hoang has been promoted to Managing Attorney in Gilson Daub’s Los Angeles office. 
Since joining the firm in March 2025, Thang has quickly become a respected advisor to both clients and colleagues. Prior to joining Gilson Daub, he served as Of Counsel and Managing Attorney for the Workers’ Compensation Department at Dayan | Houman – The Accident Guys, where he focused on representing injured workers from August 2021 to February 2025. Thang earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
Rochelle Ratkovich has also been promoted to Managing Attorney in Gilson Daub’s Los Angeles office. 
Rochelle joined the firm in 2021 as a Trial Attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she has been instrumental in representing clients in complex workers’ compensation defense matters. She is known within the firm as a key team player who offers expertise across a wide of client needs. She earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and is licensed to practice in both California and Nevada.
