1. Who inspires you?

People who have goals and ambitions in life that they sacrifice for and pursue until completed. Those that do not allow the fear of failure to halt them from accomplishing their dreams. Anyone who actively seeks to better themselves, despite having tried and failed in the past. People with positive attitudes that continue to believe the best regardless of countless disappointments.

2. What was the best concert you ever went to?

One of my favorite shows I attended was a benefit concert held in my hometown for Midget Smith. Mike Ness and Jonny Two Bags played an acoustic session in a small room off to the side, and I was front row. The intimate setting was especially memorable since my brother and I would go see Social Distortion play every year together.

3. Where’s your favorite place in the world?

One of my favorite places in the world to be is in the driver seat.
Having the option to spontaneously drive up the coast, or plan to drive across the country if I so desire is a beautiful feeling. I enjoy every bit of listening to my music loud as I pass by various beautiful pieces of architecture and gorgeous scenery. Some of the best conversations I’ve had have taken place on the road, and some of my most cherished memories. It is a love I learned from my dad, who knows everything about cars and had me driving on his lap when I was still in diapers.

4. If you could be any animal, which would you be?

I’m intrigued at the idea of being an animal that is prevalent in history, yet has no tangible proof of existence (yet), the mythical Unicorn.
It embodies the essence of enchantment, nobility, purity, and grace.

5. What’s the last book you read?

The 100 by Kass Morgan. It’s a young adult science fiction novel that turned into a television series on the CW. One could say it’s a guilty pleasure.

6. What are you passionate about?

I am passionate over photography. I love being in a moment and catching an angle that lights up my soul.

7. What’s your favorite movie?

A favorite movie of mine is Catch Me If You Can. The confidence Frank has causes him to not only believe in himself, but has others believe in him also. He was unrelenting and moldable. When he set his mind on a goal, he achieved it.Although the way he achieved his ambitions was not law abiding and he deceived most everyone he encountered (which is not how I would personally go about achieving what I want), it shows that with enough energy, determination, and support – anything is possible.

8. What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
It’s more risky than crazy (but who can share their craziest story anyways?) I quit a previous steady job to pursue a licensed home daycare without having any children lined up. Within the first month, all the spots were filled with the most amazing littles, and stayed full until I closed the doors three years later.

9. What are you currently watching on Netflix or TV?

I have my hands in at least ten different tv series right now. My son and I are in the midst of watching past seasons of Hell’s Kitchen and It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia together while I am just reeling in from the season finale of Shameless.

10. If you were a super hero, what would your super power be?

Creating food and clean water to satisfy the world’s hunger that you can eat until your heart’s content without it changing your appearance or health

11. Who would you most like to swap places with for a day?

Victoria Beckham

12. What’s the best meal you ever had?

Cliche to say, but it has to be my mom’s cooking. My mother is unable to make a bad dish. She buys only the best ingredients and does not cut any corners. The amount of love and attention she gives each dish ensures it will be nothing short of delicious.

13. If you could visit anywhere in the world you’ve never been, where would you go?

I’ve been itching to explore Ireland for years. I find the greenery, people, and heritage so attractive.

14. What are some of your pet peeves?

Hearing people gulp while drinking. Also, when a car in the slow lane heads to your lane without ever increasing their speed.

15. What’s your secret talent that no one knows about?

I am still able to backbend, despite countless pleas from my back.

16. Which four individuals, living or dead, would you like to eat dinner with the most?

My son’s fatherPresident Donald TrumpQuentin TarantinoTupac

17. What is the best gift you ever received?

I have received many amazing gifts – from vacations to cars, iMac’s to MacBooks, but the greatest gift I have ever received is the gift of my son. He has been my man cub for nearly 17 years and there is nothing in the world that compares to the value he holds in my heart.

18. Name one thing on your bucket list?

To publish one of my poems.

19. What is your favorite family tradition?

For my birthday every year, I go to my mom’s (or she comes to my apartment) and makes my grandma’s delicious crepes. She includes sides of bacon, jam, lemon, powdered sugar, and maple syrup along with Gordon Ramsey style scrambled eggs. I invite my friends and family over to celebrate and soak in a favorite meal with my favorite people.

20. What is your least favorite dessert?

If I were to roll up to a bakery, I would most likely try their fruit tart last.
