James Lee has been practicing worker's compensation defense law since graduating from University of California Hastings, College of the Law in May 2010 and then passing the Bar in November of the same year. James enjoys aggressively defending positions for insureds, carriers and third party administrator in the often hostile terrain of the Worker's Compensation Appeals Boards in Northern California. When he is not working, James enjoys watching sports.

As an attorney at Gilson Daub, Ehren Duisberg represents self-insured employers, permissibly self-insured employers, and government entities throughout California. He earned his stripes clerking for the San Diego Superior Court, the Public Defender, and Federal Defender’s office. Ehren’s experience includes work with early stage startups, software licensing, business transactions, immigration law, and criminal defense. As a litigator, this has helped him to develop an aggressive style of practice in order to obtain the best results on behalf of clients. In his free time Ehren enjoys traveling and competing in marathons, ultra-marathons, and triathlons.
