Gilson Daub Expands Midwest Footprint With Tulsa Office Launch And Addition Of Two New Partners
Jordan Ensley to lead Tulsa office, while Amanda Richert expands Midwest reach across Missouri and Illinois
San Clemente, Calif. – November 4, 2024 – Gilson Daub, a leading workers’ compensation defense, subrogation, and civil litigation law firm, has announced the launch of a new office in Tulsa, marking a significant step in its strategic Midwest and national expansion. Under the leadership of seasoned local attorney Jordan Ensley, the Tulsa office reinforces the Firm’s commitment to Oklahoma following its establishment of an Oklahoma City location last year.
The firm also welcomes Amanda Richert as a new partner based in St. Louis. A highly regarded workers’ compensation attorney, Amanda is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois, where she will lead client engagements across both states.

Ensley joins the firm as a partner and brings more than 13 years of workers’ compensation defense experience. Most recently a partner at Gish McGivern, P.A., Ensley’s practice focuses on large retailers and complex permanent total disability claims. She has extensive courtroom experience, having litigated hundreds of cases in the Court of Existing Claims and the Commission. Ensley received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern State University and her Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she received The CALI Excellence Award for Professional Responsibility. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section, the Tulsa County Bar Association, and the Women’s Law Association.

Richert joins Gilson Daub from BCM Law, Inc., bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in workers’ compensation defense. Based in St. Louis, she is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois, and she has litigated cases at every level of adjudication from trial to appeal in both states. She oversees a wide variety of clients across diverse industries, including airlines, temp agencies, professional employer organizations, and trucking companies. Richert received her Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University and her Juris Doctor degree from Saint Louis University School of Law where she was active in the Student Bar Association and Public Interest Law Group.
